1977 Ironhead. This Sportster came to us with a poorly fabricated and crooked hardtail section. We salvaged the frame by fabricating a new, simple, single seat post tube area that was grafted into the factory rear motor mounts. The frame now has the look and stance that of a big twin rigid frame. We also made a custom stainless sissybar, frisco-ed tank and front tank mount. Simplified wiring harness with hidden batter box off the starter delete plate. The top end was freshened up and tuned up with an S&S Super E Carb.

Upholstery by Carl Miller.
